Antimicrobial Potential of Panchagavya Formulation from Indian Cow Breeds

The Sanskrit word panchagavya means the “mixture of five cow products”, viz. dung, urine, milk, curd and ghee. present study involves standardization method for preparation formulations on basis antimicrobial activity. For that, prepared in three different ratios (A, B C) were kept fermentation at two temperatures (37° 25°C) up to 30 days. At 10 days interval, raw samples their distillates analyzed pH activities against selected indicator strains. ratio A, C had value 7.49±0.09, 8.01±0.16 8.23±0.26, respectively 0 day while distillate corresponding showed towards alkaline side.
